Welcome to Wycliffe Surgery

With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.

Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.

We are striving all the time to improve the systems and care at Wycliffe Surgery.

As a result we have decided to change to a new IT system which will help us become more efficient and integrate better with other health service providers.

We appreciate this has already caused disruption to our normal service in July and August. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control, the switch over to the new system could not occur as planned and has been delayed until October.

We will have urgent care clinics only between the 25th September and the 9th October. This is to allow us to safely transfer patient data across from the old to the new system and you can appreciate how important it is.

Please request your medication early to make sure you have enough to cover this time. We endeavour to be as helpful as we can and value your co-operation.

Thank you in advance for your patience and once again we apologise for any inconvenience it may cause.

Get Well, Keep Well

We hope you enjoy having a look around the site and familiarising yourself with some of the online features such as ordering a repeat prescription. Whatever your thoughts, please let us know via our feedback function. Comments and suggestions are a great way of helping us continue to improve and enhance the way we look after you. We don't always get it right but if you do have a positive experience, we'd be grateful for that feedback too.
