The Council on Hypertension strongly recommend that physicians and patients should continue treatment with their usual anti-hypertensive therapy 

There has been a robust international response to the claim that ACEi/ARB blood pressure medications could worsen prognosis due to coronavirus as it lacks any sound scientific basis and no evidence shows this effect.

Recommendations are very clear: people should not stop their ACEi/ARB.
