We now have a dedicated phone line you can use Monday-Friday from 10am-2pm. This is for prescription queries only, we do not take prescription requests over the telephone. 

Please call us on 01752 229902 and select option 4. 

There are various ways you can order your prescription from the surgery. You can request via our online request form on the website or through your local pharmacy. They will contact us on your behalf. Alternatively, you can pass your prescription request in writing at the surgery either by handing it into reception or posting it in a collection box outside. We can accept prescription requests via email that goes directly to our prescribing team on: d-icb.wycliffesurgery.prescribing@nhs.net. 

Please note, we do not take prescription requests over the phone.
