Patient Participation Group
Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) will be made up of patients who meet on a regular basis to feed back ways that we can improve our service and examine the ways patients perceive our surgery and staff. If you wish to be included in our PPG, please contact the surgery to register your interest.
We will be in holding meetings both in person and getting your views on the surgery through virtual contacts. We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.
