Ordering repeat prescriptions

***Please be advised of our prescription ordering dates for over the festive period***:

If you are due the week commencing 23rd of December, please order the week commencing the 9th.

If you are due the week commencing 30th of December, please order the week commencing the 16th.

You can order prescriptions in the following ways;

In person by visiting the surgery
Via your local pharmacy
Through online service
Via your NHS app

Please note we are unable to accept prescription requests over the phone.

Queries about your medication

We now have a dedicated phone line you can use Monday-Friday from 10am-2pm. This is for prescription queries only. We do not take prescription requests over the telephone.

Please call us on 01752 229902 and select option 4.

At Wycliffe surgery we are unable to take on the prescribing and ongoing monitoring of patients who have had treatment of any kind under private services. You will be aware that general practice is under unprecedented pressure. Anything that would detract from our ability to provide core contracted services to our patients is not something that we are able to provide. We apologise for the inconvenience that this may cause to patients, but we are unfortunately unable to provide these services under contract.
