Routine Clinics

Consult with your Regular GP

Appointments are available to book in advance for non-urgent mecidal problems and the waiting times may vary to see your usual GP.

Routine clinic appointments run at ten minute slots per patients so please try and arrive on time. We also encourage patience if clinics are running late as our doctors are always doing their best.

If you have multiple problems to discuss, your doctor may request that you book a further appointment.

You can escape the wait by using our online consultation Service.

Late for your appointment?

Please try your best to attend your appointment on time. If you are more than 5 minutes late for a 10 minute consultation, you may not be seen, although we will try to accommodate you if possible. If you have missed your appointment, you will need to rebook.

Medical Students

Wycliffe Surgery is working together with the University of Plymouth to host medical students to assist with their learning.

You may be asked to talk to or be seen by a student either with the doctor or nurse or on their own. The student will introduce him or herself and ask to discuss your medical problem and examine you.

Students are supervised at all times by one of our doctors and we guarantee your privacy and confidentiality.  If at any stage you do not wish to be seen by a medical student you may decline the offer. You don't have to give a reason and your care will not be affected in any way.

Wycliffe and the University of Plymouth appreciate your contribution to the education of future doctors.
