Deliver inclusive activities for adults with diabilities and long-term health conditions. The aim of ASctive for All is to improve health and wellbeing by helping people find something active they can do regularly and enjoy.

Provide support, information and advice on day to day issues and help individuals with learning disabilities to develop the skills to further independance through a range of groups, workshops and activities.

Work in partnership with Age UK Plymouth. They understand how difficult looking after someone can be. However caring affects you and your family, they will provide support, advice and understanding.

Empower people living with any long-term physical or low level mental health condition to better manage their condition and to enjoy a better quality of life.

Provide support, information and advice, training and equipment for people of all ages with concerns about hearing and/or sight. Support extends to families, carers, friends and professionals.
