How do I order my prescription?
You can order prescriptions in the following ways;
- The Express Online Prescription Service. To request online click here
- By phoning the Wycliffe Prescription Ordering Direct Service (POD): 01752 398533 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
- In person by visiting the surgery
Please note we are unable to accept prescription requests over the phone through reception
When will my prescription be ready?
Please allow 2 working days to process prescriptions using the Express Online Service
For requests made through the POD or in person, please allow 3 working days
We can send your prescription electronically straight to a pharmacy of your choice. Please inform reception which pharmacy you would like your prescriptions sent to

Would you like a year's supply of prescriptions?
You can collect your medicines from the pharmacy at regular intervals for up to 12 months without having to contact your doctor
Your doctor will decide whether this is suitable for you, how often you should collect your prescription and how long it will last for
This service is known as REPEAT DISPENSING. Please enquire at reception for more information
If you or a family member are having difficulty remembering to take or manage your medication, this service may be appropriate for you
Your medication is divided into blister packs according to the days of the week and times of the day you need to take it. This service is at the discretion of your usual doctor
